Since the Platform provides digital management and administrative services, all subscription fees or service charges, if any, are considered final. We do not offer refunds once the service or software access has been granted or used.

3. Cancellations

Users may choose to discontinue the service at any time by not renewing their subscription; however, no refunds will be provided for the current active billing cycle.

4. Exceptions

In case of duplicate payments or technical issues directly caused by the Platform, we may review the situation and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.
